Companies are selected based on percentage revenue growth over five years from 2002 to 2006. To be considered, Technology Fast 50 entrants must have operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2002 and at least $5,000,000 in 2006; be headquartered in Los Angeles County or surrounding counties; own proprietary technology or proprietary intellectual property that contributes to a significant portion of its operating revenues, or devote a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology. Using other companies' technology or intellectual property in a unique way does not qualify. Subsidiaries and divisions are not eligible, unless they have some public ownership and are separately traded.

Vantage Media Ranks No. 31 on the 2007 Inc. 500 Annual List of America's Fastest-Growing Private Companies
VENICE, CA (AUGUST 23, 2007) - Inc. magazine today ranked Vantage Media No. 31 on its 26th annual Inc. 500 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. The company also ranked No. 4 in the nation in the category of Top Companies in Advertising and Marketing and No. 3 in the Los Angeles-Long Beach-Santa Ana region. Vantage Media earned these rankings with three year sales growth of 2,912% between 2003 and 2006.

Methodology
The 2007 Inc. 500 list measures revenue growth from 2003 through 2006. To qualify, companies had to be U.S.-based and privately held, independent - not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies - as of December 31, 2006, and have had at least $200,000 in revenue in 2003, and $2 million in 2006.
